Since the beginning of Bearing Precious Seed 136,387,289 scriptures have been produced. Think about the potential souls that have been reached through that number. It is estimated that seven people read each copy. If that is true it is possible that 954,711,023 people have read scripture printed at Bearing Precious Seed. The reason that this is possible is the teamwork that has gone on through the years. We have men that work in the shop, missionaries that have traveled through the years raising funds, and faithful volunteers that come to the shop each day. We have churches that support the ministry each month. Folks pray for the ministry daily. Seedline churches put the Scriptures together and take care of the cost of those Scriptures. The ladies in the office handle phone calls, requests, orders and keep things organized. firstBible International works to reach out to those that have no Bible in their language by translating, training and ultimately establishing churches. The amount of teamwork that goes into Bearing Precious Seed is amazing. After churches give and the Scriptures are printed and put together, they are shipped to more team members, the missionaries. The Scriptures are then distributed on the field. Our pastor often says you need the messenger and the message. What a blessing it is to be involved in the teamwork of BPS. BPS El Paso is another part of the team that gives people an opportunity to go to the mission field and put Scriptures together, then take them and distribute them in Mexico. Thousands have accepted Christ through the years because people have gone and taken the precious Word of God to those that are waiting. We are thankful for all that are involved in the teamwork that takes place to get God’s Word around the world.
Teamwork at BPS
Using talents to serve others, being kind, sowing gladly
I Peter 4:8-10
8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging.
10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
This teamwork is part of something much greater than we are! Together we can supply God’s Word.
Hebrews 10: 24-25
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

I Corinthians 12:17
17 If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
Improvement comes from interaction of others’ encouragement.
Proverbs 27:17
17 Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
Working together we accomplish what we do for God.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
The teamwork that occurs to get the Word of God around the world is the only way we can accomplish what we do at Bearing Precious Seed.
Psalm 68:11
11 The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.
Think about those that are involved in the teamwork to publish the Word of God.
Churches – supporting, assembling (Seedline), volunteers giving of time, full-time BPS Staff, translators (firstBible), BPS El Paso, missionaries in other parts of the world, National Pastors in those countries, and faithful servants in those churches.
It takes all of this teamwork to get the Word of God to those that do not have a copy. This teamwork is all part of the Great Commission that we are commanded to do. Thank you for being part of the team!
